Treatment is for one person, for a single phase of orthodontic treatment at Doswell Orthodontics. Treatment with braces is included. If Invisalign treatment is preferred, a lab fee will be applied. Holds up to a $6,680 value (cannot be refunded, substituted, or transferred for cash value). Winner can choose who treatment will be used for and can transfer to another person if desired.
